Consistent with the most liberal spirit of tolerance in the achievement of our purpose, we further agree that in its vigorous pursuit, the Kelsey Kindred at all times during its span of existence, maintain an attitude strictly non-sectarian, non-partisan, and non sectional; nor shall it, as an organization, take any part in political issues or affairs of the State not directly concerned with the limited scope of its activities.

ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP Descendant Membership shall be open to all who present proof of direct decent from William Kelsey the Ancestor. Descendant Membership shall be defined as the descendant, their consort, and the descendants progeny, until twenty-two (22) years of age.   Associate Membership shall be open to all those who have reason to believe they are descended from William Kelsey, the Ancestor. Associate Membership shall be defined as all those yet to prove their lineage, their consort and the progeny until twenty two years of age; Descendant Membership shall be granted when proof is subsequently presented. Those in either of these classifications may be enrolled upon the membership list.

Membership costs only $15.00- $5.00 Application Fee and $10.00 for annual dues.
Why Not Give a Membership as a Gift?

When you join and your "Application" is certified by our Genealogist, you will receive your current membership card, a copy of your "Application" showing full names where known, Serial Numbers and Volume locations, your "Certificate of Membership" which shows your Heritage is gold embossed and suitable for framing and you will be put on our mailing list for our "Kelsey Family News Bulletin" which is published twice a year.

If you do not know your line of descent from our common ancestor, William Kelsey, but believe that you are a descendant and can provide some of your Heritage and wish us to see if more is already recorded in our Genealogy or you wish or need to pursue more data to certify your line, you will become an "Associate Member" and will receive your current associate membership card and will be put on our mailing list for our "Kelsey Family News Bulletin" and when your line is certified you will receive the rest of the membership forms.
