Requirements for submission of Family Data when rquested for those of your ancestors who have not all ready been recorded in The Kelsey Genealogy. An Applicant must submit either our pre-designed Family Data Sheets (FDS) or if you are using a computerized genealogical program and have the capability of printing "Family Group Sheets" these will be accepted (in lieu of our FDS) as long as any form submitted contains the following: Source references and a narrative regarding each family that could include where they worked, lived, schooled, etc. and copies of significant documents (birth, death and marriages etc.) to support your research and line of descent. The Kelsey Kindred reserves the right to rquest more documentation whenever conflicting information has been submitted or becomes evident. Our Genalogy is more than a simple name/date listing. We pride ourselves that when using our Kelsey Genealogy you can become "familiar" with each family because of the additional information presented and your future generations will also know more about their ancestors. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Knowing the process "up-front" will help all parties concerned and may help speed up the certification process.
